This email is to inform you of some key staffing changes in the Community Wellness, Prevention, and Health Integration section of the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services.
Kim Lesane-Ratliff will now be working on monitoring/auditing within the Financial Operations Section. She will no longer serve as the Block Grant Manager for Prevention, and we are working to fill this post. Effective immediately, please direct all substance abuse prevention questions and concerns, including questions related to the block grant to DMH.Prevention@dhhs.nc.gov.
