Established in 1983, Community Impact North Carolina (CINC) is a leader in preventative health in North Carolina with a long history of making significant contributions to state, and national alcohol and drug misuse prevention.

We are passionate about prevention because we believe it is effective. We’re using advocacy, education, information and evidence-proven grassroots programs to change North Carolina’s culture and reduce harm in our communities from drugs and alcohol.
